What kind of speakers and sound equipment would I need for an outdoors party?

How do I plan party using the following colors: turquoise, red and orange?

I wanted to do two specialty drinks: Mango Margaritas and Cosmo Martinis. Any suggestions to keep it light. I am trying to go for a sophisticated South Beach vibe.
