What are the proper amounts when mixing Egg Nog and Rum?

Is there really raw eggs in store bought egg-nog, or just the homeade version?

Has anyone been advised by their OB/GYN about not drinking store bought egg nog? I have an appointment in 2 weeks and plan to ask, but just curious for now.
