How do I plan party using the following colors: turquoise, red and orange?

I will be throwing a party this summer (house warming party). I thought a color scheme of turquoise,mango and cranberry with lots of white to keep it from being dark would be great. I wanted to do two specialty drinks: Mango Margaritas and Cosmo Martinis. Any suggestions to keep it light. I am trying to go for a sophisticated South Beach vibe.
