After school gets out i’m going to have a party. I’ve always wanted a vintage 1950’s cocktail dress, but my mom won’t let me get one unless I have a place to wear it to. So my friend and I thought of the idea of a virgin cocktail party. We are going to have people dress up in dresses, but bring crappy clothes too! And we are going to serve virgin drinks and gossip. We also are going to play croquet and watch a movie, but my mom won’t let me do it unless I make an agenda. So do you have any good ‘cocktail’ movies? Or any other ideas of things to do? I’m 16 years old, female and I have gained weight throughout the school year. I’d like to go from a size 9 in jeans to a size 7 or 5 and/or lose 10-20 pounds. In the summer I work out alot because I have much more timeto do so. I usually just run on the treadmil and do the fat burner program for 30 minutes to an hour and another program afterwards. I’d like to tone my arms and abs. What exercises should I do to accomplish that other than crunches & situps? How many times a weeks should I run? so far I have done about 3 days a week.

MORE Importantly I need to change what I eat. I don’t eat alot but I eat the wrong things. I don’t eat candy often. But I LOVE to eat bread and peanut butter. I’m not a fan of whole wheat. In the summer I eat less than I do duriing the school year. Idk why but thats how it is with me. My mom asked me to make a list of things I want for my diet but I need help with that? I was thinking for fruits maybe bananas, grapes or pineapple. I don’t like vegeatbles but id be okay with eating peas or lettuce. Should i eat smaller servings but more meals? Lately I’ve only been eating 2 meals a day because i wake up late. Can you give me any helpful tips or ideas for healthy snacks for me to eat.

I’m not going to drink soda this summer but I love love love apple juice. I’m trying to drink moore water though.

any input would be greatly appreciated!

I have a grayish blue color carpet. I have dark stains from drinks and they are dried up. I also have some orange spots on my carpet. This summer I really want to try and clean my carpet. I have tried woolite and resolve already and it does nothing to it.
