Okay I’ve wanted to open open a boutique for a very long time, but I don’t want to stock all types of clothing. Only dresses, formal dresses, cocktail dresses, summer dresses, party dresses ect.
I live in Australia and I have no idea how to go about this, how much would it cost to get started?
What sort of legal stuff do I have to deal with?
Will suppliers even let me stock their clothing?
And things like this.
I’m only 16 but I plan on doing this in a few years.
I need to start planning and I need a realistic vision.
I have 40,000 australian dollars, how much more will I need?

I know there is a lot to know before I jump into anything but this is my starting point.

My boss is tardy and drunk and inappropriately flirts with customers. The CEO is turning a blind eye to her behavior. Just the other day, she walked in to the store with a cocktail in her hand. I’m afriad the company won’t deal with her behavior because she’s the only manager-buyer at the company (it’s small). Plus, it’s summer and the busy season for retail. This is just stupid. I am starting to feel threatned by her behavior. What options do I have?
