What is the next step after receiving drinking tickets?

I’m 20, live in Wisconsin, and just got 3 tickets New Years for drinking. They were Underage Enter on a licensed premise, Disorderly Conduct, and Underage drinking.

These were all my first offense.

I’m a junior in college and have an internship this summer.

Should I go to court?
Should I get a lawyer?
How will this affect my future employment?

If you are on probation for dui and you get caught on a dui again how much time will you receive in Tenneesse?

my stupid sister-in-law is a drunk last summer she got arrested for 2 dui and is on 1 year probation she just got arrested today for dui, does this mean she breaks her probation, will she have to serve the year or how much time is she looking at!
