I checked my heart rate a month ago. Resting Heart Rate 115bpm. After a 5 minute 6mph jog it reached 208bpm. I checked into the doctors. He told me to lay off caffeine or I could actually die. So I did. After a few days without caffeine I would get mad withdrawals. It felt as if my eyes were coming out of my head, worst migraines ever. I was addicted. So I would have a glass of pop every 3 days. At the end of the month, I checked my heart rate again. Resting 125 bpm. After a one minute jog at 6mph, 206bmp. Yeah crazy right? You would think it would get better. Now I’ll be checking back into the doctors and seeing what’s up. If you have any ideas on why this happen, give a shout-out or share your thoughts. This is me one month ago.

Doug, you are so right! Yes, I drank margaritas, and yes, late at night! I stopped drinking alcohol three weeks ago, control my diet, but still I don’t seem to lose any weight and my tummy still looks and feels bloated.
