I have not really eaten any sugary foods in a while and I crave it now so I got some and now I eat sugar and workout still.
So the question is am I ruining my chances of having a hot body by the summer? I do drink tons of water also

im goin on a diet this summer and this is what my diet will consist of a cup of yogurt in the mornin for lunch small portion of grilled chicken and rice for dinner some bananas and grapes with another cup of yogurt and drink water all summer and going to golds gym everyday before work what do you think of this diet

last summer i was i lost 30 pounds by drinking 8 cups of water and working out 4 days a week and eating whatever i wanted,but my mom always freak out… because she says if you drink more than 8 glasses of water you can die.Im starting to drink 8 glasses of water a day again,but sometimes i lose count and i get scared that the water will go to my brain,lol…or something crazy like that….who knows what really happens?

Although my friends say im just chunky i wanan be more like SKINNY! i wanna do it for myself,not to please anyone.I do have selfesteem but reality is i dont feel comfortable this way.
So any good advice is welcomed.I dont drink sodas or junk foods whatsoever,I dont exercise much i sit on my lazy but all day.But imma satrt to make an effort

Well I go to school, and I have a lot of things to do and I don’t have time to go to the gym. So what is the best way to just get thinner by summer?
I don’t drink soda, or snack.And i try to exercise at home before bed. But that doesnt seem to work.
Any suggestions?

I’m 6′2”, but only weight about 140lbs. I’m desperately wants to gain weight to improve my games(basketball). I seem to having a hard time gaining weight, because of my high metabolism. And I do not feel like eating anything especially at summer time. I lift weights, drink protein shakes, does not eat as much as I desired, but working on it. What else should I be aware of? And is anything would improve my desire to eat? Thanks!

I’ve been eating and drinking lots of sugar over this summer vacation, and recently started wondering how much I could eat before I get diabetes. Obviously, I don’t want to get it, I would like to know if I have to cut down on the amount I eat.
Currently, in one day, I’ll drink 1-2 cans of soda, eat a handful of Mike-N-Ikes, munch on Cheetos and other chips, and eat some other various carbohydrate-loaded foods. If I need to cut back on this I’d like to know…
No, I’m not going to get fat. I play a 2 hour soccer game on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and every other day I have 2 hours of conditioning. Conditioning being the most intense workout I have ever experienced.
