I see no vegetables (other than the peppers & onions) or salad to serve with the main course. Try this outstanding salad.

    Thai Salad

2 packages Ramen noodles – crushed – do not use seasoning packet
    ½ cup sunflower seeds
    ½ cup slivered almonds
    ½ cup (I stick) butter/margarine
Sauté all above until golden, set aside to cool

    Chop 1 head Napa cabbage
    Chop 1 bunch green onions

    Dressing: Mix together:
    1 cup oil
    1 cup sugar
    ½ cup white vinegar
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine all ingredients just before serving

    i think you should add:

    appetizers-cheese and crackers,smoked salmon on crackers…

main course- grilled salmon, and vegetable stirfry is a must!

    deserts: ice-cream…definately a must!

    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Shape into ball; roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.
