I’d like to make a tropical coconut cocktail right out of the coconut. Need some recipes. Thanks to all.

    Try a coconut kiss:
    3 oz coconut milk
    3 oz pineapple juice
    1 1/2 oz Malibu ( or other coconut rum)

    mix in a blender, pour in the coconut and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry…. YUMMY!!!!!!
