He’ll ask you about your waitress expierence, your drink making experience. He’ll also evaluate your people skills, so try to be as friendly as possible. Good Luck!

You’ll also need to have math skills. As a cocktail waitress you may have to make change on the fly so it’s good to be able to make change for different bills off the top of your head.

He probably just wants to see if your hot. If your hot you got the job. If your not hot, then eh, maybe they need a dishwasher??

Your not interviewing for bartender, your interviewing for waitress. You dint need to make the drinks, just write them down or remember what is ordered. He just wants to see if you are sexy, friendly, and reasonably intelligent.
