Sierra asked:
I am a maid-of-honor in my friend’s wedding, and she asked me to help her choose a cocktail to offer to her guests. She’s having beer, wine, and vodka, and can choose one more “signature” cocktail to serve in addition. I was thinking a cosmo or bellini, but would love to hear anyone else’s thoughts out there since I’m not a big cocktail drinker myself. Thanks so much!!

Signature drink is supposed to have some meaning to it like the brides favorite drink. Or they can put their two last names together and shorten it to come up with a drink name, then figure out what to put in the drink.

Come up with a cute name…spend a couple quality hours with a bartender experimenting and find something the bride likes! DO NOT go with something plain for a “signature” drink.

white cranberry cosmos

Why is the bride serving at her own wedding? I’d hire a bartender and go have some fun.
Manhattans are always classic.

I love the idea of bellini’s. It’s a festive drink, and the more people will be attracted to it since it’s champagne.

She should pick her favorite drink or a drink they had on their first date or when he proposed to her. Its supposed to have “meaning” to it.
