How much egg nog do you drink at a time?: glass, a cup, small cup, etc.?
I love eggnog. I drank an entire carton in 3 or 4 days. Is that unhealthy?

How large was the carton?? I bought one that is a quart, and finishing it in 3 to 4 days isn’t that bad between me and my toddler. I can’t see it being entirely unhealthy, not more so than the rest of the holiday food you’ll be getting.
