pasturized eggs and/or milk are ok.
as long as you buy the carton that says pasturized on it, you should be fine.
only stuff that’s not pasturized has the chance to be contaminated

Question: Is it safe to drink eggnog during pregnancy?
Answer: Probably, but it’s not recommended. Eggnog typically contains raw eggs, which can sometimes carry germs such as salmonella or toxoplasma gondii. Salmonella is a type of bacteria that can cause food poisoning, and in very rare cases can be fatal (elderly people are most likely to die from eating contaminated eggs, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). Contracting salmonella during pregnancy rarely harms the baby directly, but the high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration that accompany a bad case of food poisoning could cause preterm labor or miscarriage.
Toxoplasma gondii is a parasite that can cause an infection called toxoplasmosis. If a pregnant woman contracts toxoplasmosis for the first time during pregnancy, it can cause birth defects in her child.
Commercially manufactured eggnog is made with pasteurized eggs and has not been linked with salmonella infections, says the CDC. Still, it pays to play it safe: Stay away from anything containing raw eggs (that includes refraining from dipping your fingers into the holiday cookie batter!).
