You say you don't snack, but guess what.....SNACK!  I know you think I'm nuts but let me explain.  If you eat snack size meals, and snacks, every 2-3 hours, you will lose weight.  Eating like that keeps your metabolism working and that means you are burning more calories.

Since you go to school you will want to keep some healthy snacks with you to eat between classes.  Here are some great snacks....

Fiber One bars or Fiber Plus bars.....low calories, high fiber, some protein, and will keep you from getting hungry.

Pure Protein bars.....lots of protein which your muscles need and will help you lose weight and not be too hungry.

Protein/fiber water....packets that you put in bottled water, like South Beach Living or K2-0.  Great fruity flavors, very low calories, will help you not get hungry.

Fresh fruit and veggies are also great.

And of course, there are a million choices for 100 calorie pack snacks.

DON"T eat a big dinner if you are doing this diet, keep it small.

Don't forget dessert.  Try Skinny Cow ice cream or Bryer's slow churn ice cream.

Drink lots of water.

I lost 50 pounds in 5 months and have kept it off for 2 years now.  I only ate foods I like which made it easy to stick to.  Even my kids like the foods I ate.

If you can, trying walking/biking to and from school, or to a friend's house
Offer to run errands (taking the attendance down, offering to pass out papers, vacuuming, cleaning etc.)
