He just bought a boat last year
He loves to go 4-Wheeling with his Dad but they both sold their 4-Wheelers about 3 years ago.

Plan a big suprise party with all his friends.. on his boat. . with lots of alcohal.. (make sure there are some sober people ofcourse to make sure no one gets hurt) and just have a blast on a lake or something
