Although my friends say im just chunky i wanan be more like SKINNY! i wanna do it for myself,not to please anyone.I do have selfesteem but reality is i dont feel comfortable this way.
So any good advice is welcomed.I dont drink sodas or junk foods whatsoever,I dont exercise much i sit on my lazy but all day.But imma satrt to make an effort

    basically do anything to keep you moving

    Try doing some cardio, for example running, swimming, jogging, cycling, etc.
    You can also involve your friends to help you stay in shape, you and your friends can jump-rope and even hula-hoop. It may sound,child-ish, but it’s really good exercise. Or you can play volleyball or some other sports your freinds can be involved in. You can also try doing yoga,etc.

    but remember to drink plenty of water and eating healthy is the best way to help you stay in shape.
