    Unfortunately, this “diet” sounds very bad! If you truly are going to follow this, you are going to starve yourself into sickness! This meal plan will not allow your body to get the nutrients that are needed for anyone to stay healthy (AND alive!) Trust me, you will lose motivation very fast if you attempt to stick with this for any length of time!
    A better plan would be to reduce your calorie intake, increase your workout and drink lots of water. Do some research online– find out what your body can take and what specifics you need to do. I have included a really great website that gives you some pretty sound advice about losing weight (for free!)
