I usually order a talll caramel frappucino starbucks. It’s my favorite summer drink. But I’m trying to be healthier and need suggestions. I need something sweet, low cal and iced. I once tried a nonfat iced latte and it had no flavor. (Was I supposed to add splenda?) I usually get the same thing every time I go so I’ll need the drink exactly as you order it and if there’s something I need to do myself (like add sugar.) your recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

Get one of their light frappucinos for 1/3 less calories, w/o whipped cream too.

For only 60 calories, you can get a caffe misto with nonfat milk (tall). You do need to add some splenda yourself, however, depending on personal tastes.

Try the lite iced mocha with a little half and half.

Well, without the whipped cream, your regular drink is only 220 calories and 3g of fat… you can get the light caramel frappucino instead, which is only 130 calories and 1 g of fat (a nonfat iced latte is 70 cal 0 g of fat, so for 60 extra calories - which you can walk off while drinking it! - you can get one you might enjoy more).

Starbucks has a healthy drink, well it’s actually a smoothie. It’s called Vivanno Nourishing Blends. Comes in Orange Mango Banana, and Banana Chocolate. Check it out for yourself. I love the Orange Mango Banana its very refreshing on a hot day, or anytime really.

You could get a tall caramel light frappuchino.

    Light frappucinos are great.
Also, all the creme based frappucinos are made with skim milk.

I personally love the shaken iced teas and iced tea lemonade- just get them unsweetened or have them add some splenda. I don’t think they need sweetener tho, especially the iced tea lemonades.

You could get an iced latte but have them add sugar free syrup. A lot of people get twice the amount of syrup w/ the sugar free ones b/c there’s less flavor. So if you ask for a “skinny iced latte w/ twice the syrup” you’ll get the iced latte w/ nonfat milk and twice the sf vanilla :)
Hm…. I’m thinking that’s about it… just always get nonfat milk, stay away from things like regular fraps, caramel macciatos, and make sure you only get tall or grande.
