I have not really eaten any sugary foods in a while and I crave it now so I got some and now I eat sugar and workout still.
So the question is am I ruining my chances of having a hot body by the summer? I do drink tons of water also
I have try to get my abs right lol

    it wont ruin your chance, but only if you control the amount you eat and do not have a craving to binge out
