I’ll be 17 and I’m planning a cheap trip next summer. It needs to be somewhere where there are lots of other drunken tourists and I’ll be able to buy alcohol.

for most of Europe the official drinking age is 16, but it seems seldom enforced. Although, with the very weak dollar I’m not really sure anywhere in Western Europe is going to qualify for a particularly “cheap” trip. If I were you I would go to Hungary, Czech or Poland…Maybe Ukraine would be a good option too. It’s much cheaper in those places, it seems like public drunkeness is a bit more socially acceptable in Eastern Europe and if you get arrested while behaving badly you’ll likely have a much more interesting jail story than you would if you spent a night in the cells in Western Europe

Please stay where you are, no country needs a person with an attitude like yours

I’m with Tea C!!!……. just go down to your local pub or something. You don’t need to do all that traveling just to get drunk and sleep around.

I also advice you to stay home and celebrate there, it´s much more safe for a young girl (and still a little bit stupid)! Travelling to some tourist place in Europe you could end up in a harem of some sheik or even something worse!
