    yes its possible im going to insist the easiest to follow diet heres the rules

    1)eat 1200 a day only
    2)dont eat after 7
    3)limit the number of sweets
    3)half an hour of any excercise everyday

    i’m also 16 and was 135 lbs. I’m trying to get down to 120. So far i’ve lost 3 pounds in 6 days.

    idk if this is the best way, but on day one of my diet, i did a “kick off” where i basically put 240 calories worth of cereal in a baggy, and that was my meal for the day. i did it for two reasons: my metabolism wasnt expecting it therefore it burned just as much as the previous day though i ate much less. and two: to prepare myself for a new set of “rules” (to only eat 1200 to 1500 calories a day coming from healthy foods) doing a “kick off” really helps rather than eating 2000+ calories and then trying to stick to a diet the next day.

    a large goal is to keep your metabolism and guessing. never eat the exact same foods or do the same exercises each day. on one day maybe walk around for an hour. and the next jog for 30 minutes at a different time. then on the next day do a 45 min. “switch off” workout. (jump rope for 5 minutes, do crunches for 5 minutes. stretch for 5 minutes…ect. time doesnt have to be exact or anything)

    finally, never stop moving. when your at the computer, stand. when your doing laundry, stand. when your watching tv, stand and walk around. (you’ll burn twice as many calories if you stand/ walk around instead of sit) (and no you dont have to stand around all day or anything like that…just think of it this way, when a person works with prickly plants their hands harden do adapt. when you sit a lot, your body makes extra “padding” to make you more comfortable)

    when it comes to which foods you should and shouldnt eat: cut out the sugar and the pop. yes it will be a lil difficult at first but you’ll get use to it pretty fast especially if you eat. cook some of your meals from now on. (you’ll have more time now that school is out) cooking your own meals enables you to keep track of calories, know what you are eating, and plus you’ll be constantly walking around. whats really yummy and pretty simple

    to make are veggie wraps. to make a veggie wrap sautee a cup of mixed veggetables in 2 tsp of soy sauce. (you might want to steam the veggetables if they are raw, but if they are frozen veggetables just go ahead and put them in the pan on the stove right away. put on medium heat) once they are covered in soy sauce well enough, take them out of the pan and set them aside on a plate. then get another pan (or just clean the one you were already using) and cover it in non stick cooking spray. lay out your tortilla shell and put the vegetables in it, and then fold the shell. next fold the tortilla taco style, and put it in the pan. put it in so that the folds can be cooked first (otherwise your tortilla will unfold and fall apart) these veggie wraps add up to be a lil less than 200 calories, and they are pretty filling.

    and if you ever feel cravings for foods comming on, simply cut up some frozen strawberries and mix them with 1/4 cup of low fat yogurt. i’m not sure why but this always kills my cravings…(otherwise, have some minty gum or brush your teeth. the clean sense in your mouth makes you desire food less)
