One of the things that is driving up the price of gas for the summer months is that cities have their own “cocktail” blends for their gas.

So if they all agree to a formula wouldn’t that help keep the price down or is it more important each city ***** up refinery capacity to have their special blends.
Do they see any real benifit from them?

Depending on the city you reside in. Mine is huge and little to no space for common sense. We fine it more important to support immigrants by health and education. Rather to get it together with the real issues at hand. Like how am I going to work so that the world can go around.

This is the government you’re talking about. They have no sense. Wait until they get to run our health care.
