My boss is tardy and drunk and inappropriately flirts with customers. The CEO is turning a blind eye to her behavior. Just the other day, she walked in to the store with a cocktail in her hand. I’m afriad the company won’t deal with her behavior because she’s the only manager-buyer at the company (it’s small). Plus, it’s summer and the busy season for retail. This is just stupid. I am starting to feel threatned by her behavior. What options do I have?

Maybe you could send an anonymous (sp?) typed letter. That way nobody will know who it came from.

Talk to the CEO about what’s going on. If you have the capabilities to be the manager, go for her job. If not, you may have to find a new job.
