vicky_ni asked:
During the summer I had two or three cocktails every night, but other than that I ate too little. Does alcohol cause bloating?
Doug, you are so right! Yes, I drank margaritas, and yes, late at night! I stopped drinking alcohol three weeks ago, control my diet, but still I don’t seem to lose any weight and my tummy still looks and feels bloated.

Yes. It’s called a beer belly whether it comes from cocktails or whatever.

Im not sure if just the alcohol by its self will cause abdominal bloating, but if you are smoking with it, then the cigerettes will.

any fluid that you drink causes you to bload. depending on what type of coctail you have been having, will depend on the amound of belly fat you gain. if you are having these coctails very late at night, you dont have time to burn the calories off. also if you are drinking coctails that are high in sugar or calories such as margaritas, you will gain fat quicker.
