Actually it’s called an “After Five”
It’s a layered shot. You wanna pour the the Schnapps (or Rumplemintz), then Bailey’s, then Kahlua.
The Peppermint Patty is Bailey’s, Dark Créme De Cacao & Peppermint Schnapps
