I’m looking for a recipe for Mexican meatballs in a crockpot. We are doing a Mexican food buffet for a graduation open house. Something similar to the cocktail meatballs, except using an enchilada or taco seasoned flavored sauce in place of the barbeque and grape jelly sauce recipe. I will use 2 bags of the pre-made 5 lb frozen meatballs. Anybody have any good recipes or ideas?

I LIKE CHOCOLATE MILK!!! asked:

I am 13 years old, and I am going to cook dinner for 4 people. My sister is very particular, and likes chicken, broccoli (without cheese), baked potatoes, steak…etc. My family is a bit tight on money, so I can’t go on a shopping spree and buy filet mignon and shrimp cocktails. Does anyone know a simple, cheap, dinner that I could make? Websites are appreciated also. Thank you so much for any suggestions.

I’ve seen many receipes with cool whip but that’s not the kind I’m looking for. Basically I need to know how much whipping cream to use with a large can of fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, cherries, grapes, chuck pineapples. Then the whipping cream just gets firm with a hand mixer, right? Thanks for your help.

we are having a cocktail party of sorts. we are serving a variety of appetizers to later be followed by an array of desserts. we have no problem finding recipes for the food but cannot find a drink list/menu to compliment these types of food. we need cocktails that would work for appetizers and desserts. we have no problem finding wine pairing guides but cocktail pairing guides have been a little tricky. any help would be much appreciated. ;) we are still very flexible with our menu. anything from spring rolls and poppers to creme brulee and chocolate lava cake.
sorry im a little vague. we have not set a final menu as of yet. so like if you know of a drink that would pair with apple cobbler or any other suggestions would help.
